Therefore, we want to inform you about the processing principles by Morchem Sp. z o.o. Your personal data and your rights in relation to this. We want you to have complete knowledge, and thus full comfort of cooperation with Morchem Sp. z o.o.
At the same time, we ensure that we properly care for your privacy and do not increase our rights in any way. Your personal data is safe with us, and you can withdraw your consent to their collection and processing at any time, in accordance with the provisions of the following “Information clause on the protection of personal data”.

The administrator of personal data is Morchem Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Głogówek, having the address: ul. 3 Maja 52A, 48-250, Głogówek, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Opole, VIII Commercial Department under the number: 0000671471, NIP: 7551933406, (hereinafter referred to as “Administrator”).
We collect your personal data obtained during cooperation with you, in particular:
- in terms of customer data:
- name (names) and surname, e-mail address, contact address, telephone number, position,
- in the case of entrepreneurs, we also process: NIP, REGON, registered office address, bank account number,
- in terms of website users data:
- we collect information about applications, browsers and devices that you use to access our website,
- the information we collect includes unique identifiers,
- browser type and settings,
- device type and settings,
- operating system,
- IP address
- referrer URL
The purposes of processing personal data
Personal data is processed by Morchem Sp. z o.o. for the purposes of:
- conclusion and implementation of the contract between us and the provision of transport services for us, execution of payments, handling complaints,
- fulfilling the obligations of Morchem Sp. z o.o. provided for by law, including in particular the issue and storage of invoices and accounting documents, and for archiving purposes
- protection of rights Morchem Sp. z o.o. in accordance with legal regulations, including in particular the investigation of overdue payments as part of debt collection and court proceedings,
- verification of your payment credibility in order to secure due Morchem Sp. z o.o. payment, legitimate interest Morchem Sp. z o.o. within the meaning of the provisions on the protection of personal data, including marketing of products and services of Morchem Sp. z o.o. (direct marketing),
- carrying out marketing activities and sending commercial information if you express separate consents.
In connection with the processing of personal data, customers and website users have the following rights:
- the right to access your data;
- the right to correct your data;
- the right to request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporarily or permanently suspending their processing or deleting them if they are incomplete, out of date, incorrect or have been collected in violation of the Act or are no longer needed to achieve the purpose for which they were collected;
- the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes at any time.
If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Personal data of customers and website users may be entrusted to other entities with whom we cooperate in order to properly provide services. Personal data is entrusted in accordance with art. 28 GDPR.
Morchem Sp. z o.o. does not disclose the collected data to third parties, except for situations where it is required by the provisions of generally applicable law, i.e. based on the request of an authority or court authorized to do so. Your personal data is therefore processed by Morchem Sp. z o.o. in connection with the service of concluded contracts, for the time necessary to perform the services and for as long as it is possible to pursue claims in relation to the services rendered. If the basis for data processing is consent, these data Morchem Sp. z o.o. will use until it is withdrawn. For a period of one year from the date of withdrawal of consent to data processing, Morchem Sp. z o.o. however, it may store data to a limited extent to demonstrate the processing of this data in accordance with the GDPR, unless Morchem Sp. z o.o. as an administrator based on other legal grounds, he will be obliged to process your data for a longer period. At the same time, in order to account for Morchem Sp. z o.o. will store data for the period in which it is required to keep data or documents containing them to document the performance of legal obligations, including enabling control of their implementation by public authorities.
